ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 14-DAY RETURN POLICY IN WHICH VILLAGE COMMON WILL REPLACE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY) EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOUR PRODUCT. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF APOTHECARY/BATH PRODUCTS ( INCLUDING SOAPS, SKIN CARE, FRAGRANCES, AND ANY PERSONAL BATH AND BOTH PRODUCTS. ALL APOTHECARY/BATH PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.

YOU WILL HAVE 14 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM.  PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE REPLACED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED WHEN ITEM IS RETURNED UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (IF APPLICABLE).

BURNED CANDLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETUNED, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE SCENT, DO NOT BURN YOUR CANDLE. VILLAGE COMMON CANDLES ARE 100% NATURAL AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS A SYNTHETIC CANDLE. SCENT THROW IT NOT AS STRONG AS SYNTHETIC, CHEMICALLY SCENTED CANDLES. OUR FRAGRANCES WILL FILL YOUR HOME WITH NATURAL SCENTS THAT MOVE WITH YOU THROUGH OUT THE SPACE. IF YOU FIND YOU CANNOT SMELL THE CANDLE, MAKE SURE YOU BURN IT FOR 3-4 HOURS AT A TIME, MOVE THROUGH OUT YOUR SPACE, OR LEAVE THE ROOM FOR A MOMENT TO LET YOUR OLFACTORY SENSE RESET ITS SELF. OUR OLFACTORY SENSE WILL ADAPT MORE QUICKLY TO A NATURAL SCENT VS A SYNTHETIC SCENT AND MOVING THOUGHT OUT THE SPACE OT LEAVING THE ROOM CAN HELP TO RESET THAT.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY YOU ON THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND AFTER INSPECTING THE ITEM. IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL INITIATE A REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT). YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CREDIT WITHIN A 3-10 DAYS, DEPENDING ON YOUR CARD ISSUER'S POLICIES.
